What is your refund policy?
If the course is broken and if you have not yet accessed the course, you can receive a full refund. Once you have accessed your course, you will not be able to obtain a refund.
Who authors all of your training programs?
Our Product Manager works directly with Subject Matter Experts that select and compile the content for our training manuals. Once approved by our editorial staff, the in-house team of courseware developers then create all of the other training resources.
Do I need to buy any books or additional software?
No. The course materials are all online, so you do not need to purchase any books or software.
Can I take online course on a Mac , Iphone , ipad or any andriod device?
Yes . Some users have reported being able to use alternate operating systems or app, our eLearning program work best on Windows at this time. For ipad user , please download Articulate Mobile Player

How long do I have to complete my course?
You have 30 days from receipt of payment in which to complete the course. You have full access to the course for the entire 30 days, allowing you to set your own self-study pace.
What are the technical requirements?
Our online courses are best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6 through 10. Online courses use Adobe Flash Player, Sun Java, and Microsoft Windows Media plug-in technologies. To view all course material, plug-ins must be installed and active.
You may not sell, distribute, stream over the Web, or otherwise use Singapore Online Training course content or resources. Please direct other interested parties to enroll in the course of their choice.
Can I participate if I live outside of the Singapore?
Absolutely! For no additional cost, you can participate in an online course as long as you meet the minimum technical requirements.
